When you fantasize about the luxury of a personal hot tub in your own backyard, what do you see? Do you see scenes from that movie, Hot Tub Time Machine? For some, perhaps. Maybe you see family time, with the kids or grand kids.
How about quiet time and relaxation: early, early morning. Just before sunrise. You're in the tub listening to the birds begin their morning melodies, sipping a cup of your favorite brew. We could go on and on.....the reasons you want a hot tub are personal and unique.

Now that the holidays are over, it's three long months till spring. More intentionality with our lifestyles this time of year can help prevent some of the negative side effects people often face in winter. Are you finding yourself or loved ones sick this week? Boosting your immunity and avoiding a trip to the doctor is easier and more fun than you may realize.

This time of year brings longer nights and stressful holiday schedules, so it can be difficult getting that daily workout in. That's not to add to the fact that we are often surrounded by yummy, tempting holiday treats and meals often loaded with fat and sugar, busting our waistlines. It makes exercise seem even more imperative for many of us.
